Delivery

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Some items may not be able to have shipping costs calculated. In this case we will contact you to discuss shipping options.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days

International orders

Reeds Prospecting delivers goods Australia wide and internationally. For International orders we will contact you to confirm postage charges.

Transaction Currency

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Faulty goods are assessed upon receipt of the goods with the manufacturer.

If you have received a faulty product please email us at reeds@reedsprospecting.com.au within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Customer Service Policy

Reeds Prospecting is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Freight Costs

Reeds Prospecting will always make practicable efforts to ensure the freight costs are kept as low as possible.

Total costs for freight that are indicated on any sales invoice is a sum total of the postal costs combined with the in-store 'packaging & handling' costs.

In the situation where the is no-charge for the postal / transporting delivery costs associated with a parcel that is made up of any 'package deals' or wholesale purchases, a standard cost of $95 is charged to cover any packaging & handling costs undertaken by the REEDS Prospecting.
